What we collect

We only collect the personal information you choose to send us. When you submit a sales enquiry or trade account application, this may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, ABN, suburb and state, business type and the details in your message.

This website does not have user accounts, does not take payments and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stock, pricing and account functions are provided by the separate Costar Dealer Portal, which has its own terms.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess and manage trade account applications, and communicate with you about our products and your account. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run this website securely. Some of them may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.

Cloudflare hosts the website, protects our forms from spam with Turnstile, and provides privacy-focused, cookie-free visitor statistics.
Resend delivers form submissions to our team by email.

Storage and security

Form submissions are sent to our team by email over encrypted connections. They are not stored in a website database. We keep enquiries and application records only as long as we need them for business, legal and accounting purposes.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing info@rkwt.com.au or writing to us at 23 Macquarie Drive, Thomastown VIC 3074. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au ↗︎.
